Shop Policies
Welcome to our shop. If you experience any difficulties or would like any further advice then please send your enquiry to alumni@dhsb.org and we will be happy to assist.
Delivery:
All orders will be posted using Royal Mail 2nd class service to UK postcodes. For delivery to other countries please email alumni@dhsb.org
Orders are normally dispatched within 7 working days. However please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive as the shop is only operated once a week. If you need it urgently, please email alumni@dhsb.org as we will do our best to accommodate.
There is a flat rate delivery fee of £3.95 for all UK orders, regardless of size.

Return & Refund Policy:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order. The buyer is to pay return carriage unless the item is faulty. Should this be the case, please email alumni@dhsb.org in the first instance. You will be offered a replacement (if available) or a full refund. This will not affect your statutory rights.
PLEASE NOTE THAT, UNLESS FAULTY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON OUR CUSTOMISED POLO TOPS. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
